WHAT TIME DO YOU RUN SESSIONS?

Flexible Times to Fit Your Routine
With 50 sessions running each week and a maximum of 4 people per session, it’s easy to find a time that works for even the busiest schedule. All sessions are 45 minutes long and designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time.

what is small group personal training?

Our Small Group Personal Training offers the perfect blend of personalised coaching and group energy. With a maximum of 4 clients per session, you'll receive individualised support from a coach while training alongside others at a similar level. Each 45-minute session is full-body focused and built around strength training, structured progress, and proper technique. We focus on helping you move better, get stronger, and build lean muscle in a supportive and motivating environment.

what's a large group class?

Hybrid (8 people)
Our Hybrid sessions combine strength training with cardio in a time-efficient, full-body workout. Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight movements, and machines delivered in formats like EMOMs or intervals. These sessions are designed to improve fitness, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism—all while keeping things varied and fun.
Build (8 people)
Build is our upper-body focused class designed to help you gain strength and muscle tone. Delivered in a circuit-style format, these sessions target your chest, back, shoulders, and arms using a combination of dumbbells, cables, and bodyweight. Expect a great pump, improved definition, and movements tailored to your level.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at—whether you’re brand new to training or getting back into it after a break. Every movement can be scaled to your ability, and our coaches are there to guide you, support you, and make sure you’re progressing at a pace that’s right for you. All fitness levels are welcome.

How do I book sessions?

All sessions are booked through our custom app, giving you complete control over your schedule. You can view available times, reserve your spot, and manage bookings—all from your phone. It’s quick, easy, and designed to fit around your lifestyle.

how much is it after the 6 weeks?

After your 6-week program, membership is £149/month on a rolling contract with just 30 days’ notice to cancel. This includes 8 Small Group Personal Training sessions, 12 large group classes (Hybrid & Build), and open access to the gym so you can train on your own schedule too.

how do I get started?

It all begins with an enquiry. From there, we’ll arrange a chat with one of our coaches to learn more about your goals. Next, you’ll book a movement assessment so we can personalise your experience. Once you're set up on our app, you're ready to book your first session and get started!
